LIMITED WARRANTY
Northeast Towing Service, Inc. warrants components against defects in our workmanship and material in accordance with the schedules and limitations outlined below. This limited warranty is subject to certain exclusions, limitations and conditions. Northeast Towing Service, Inc. liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective parts and/or workmanship. Northeast Towing Service, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any service not expressly provided for herein, relating to or arising from the Northeast Towing Service, Inc. product. A claim number must be received prior to repair or replacement of goods.
GASOLINE ENGINES:
Short blocks 6 months or 6,000 miles Parts & Labor
Long Blocks non commercial 3 years or 120,000 miles Parts & Labor
Long Blocks commercial 3 years or 120,000 miles Parts & Labor & Light Trucks thru ¾ ton (except for Taxi & Police)
Long Blocks Taxis & Police Commercial 2 years or 50,000 miles Parts & Labor & 1 ton Trucks
Long Blocks 1 year/12,000 miles Parts & Labor over 1 ton vehicles (except motor homes)

Labor paid at regular shop rate up to $60.00 an hour at Chilton Flat Rate time for Domestics and Mitchell time for Imports.
Premium Warranty Upgrade: Available on all gasoline remanufactured engines thru 3/4 ton trucks except Police and Taxis.
Pays repair facilities advertised hourly rate with no limit by published flat rate time, plus car rental up to $150 ($25 a day), towing up to $150, oil, antifreeze and up to 2 hours diagnostic time.
This must be purchased with in 30 days of engine purchase.

Labor paid at regular shop rate up to $60.00 per hour at Chilton flat rate time.
CYLINDER HEADS:
Complete Cylinder Heads 1 years/ 12,000 mile Parts & Labor
Labor paid at regular shop rate up to $42.00 per hour at Chilton flat rate time. (maximum $300)
CRANK KITS, INSTALL KITS, AND OTHER MISSELLANEOUS PARTS: 90 DAY Parts Only
Buyer realizes warranty is for defects in our workmanship and/or defective parts. The limited warranty does not cover failures caused by 1.) preignition or detonation, 2.) thrust bearing failure due to external pressure, 3.) lack of lubricants, 4.) melted or burnt pistons & tulip valves 5.) over heating or melted heat tabs 6.) improper installation, 7.) debris left in the engine such as dirt or abrasive pad, disc or bristle material, 8.) defective or misinstalled external parts not included with product., 9.) racing or hi performance operation for which it was not designed.
In addition the limited warranty on transmissions does not cover failure due to 1.) lack of line pressure, 2.) defective or missing dowel pins, 3.) improper adjustment of line pressure or detent, 4.) leaks or lack of lube, 5.) racing or hi performance operation for which it was not designed, 6.) defective external electric controls.
Buyer agrees to see detailed warranty which comes with product for further information any incidental or consequential damages are not covered as described with detailed product warranty. Warranty is not transferable, unless certificate of transfer is issued by Northeast Towing Service, Inc. .
Certificates of transfer may be purchased for $50.00 and must be accompanied by documentation of new vehicle registration.
